Join NENA in Elgin's 4th of July Parade! We'll be handing out flags and fliers to promote the Monster Mash Bash event (trick-or-treat style). Walkers are encouraged to dress in 'Halloween' attire, as we accompany Doug's GTO convertible along the parade route and play tunes. We'll also have a need for NENA banner carriers (not a costume specific roll). Adults and many Kids welcome, pets in costume too!
